Foundation: Action
An Action is an operation than can cause a change in world state. In MESSAGE, the world is a collection of PhysicalEntities. The world state is a composition of the state of the PhysicalEntities making up the world. Execution of an Action is observable as an Event.
Linkage with UML
Action is identified with the UML concept of the same name.
