Your GSM Phone Becomes a Web Server! |

The WebSIM is a GSM Smartcard (SIM) with a built-in Web Server. It is accessible from the Internet and processes HTTP-Request, like any other Web server on the Internet. The main contribution of this approach is to integrate the GSM security infrastructure into the Internet: The mobile phone works as a wireless smart card reader, and HTTP-request can be sent directly from the Internet to the GSM smart card.
