The Eurescom Project Programme is a set of ongoing and newly proposed and approved projects that the Eurescom shareholders and members have agreed to undertake in a collaborative manner over a certain period of time. The projects are selected and scheduled to give a maximum return on investment individually. At the same time they should allow synergy with projects and activities at shareholders and members and other external activities such as those of the public funded European Research and Technology Development (RTD) programmes.

The Eurescom Project Programmes are designed for two categories of projects: a small number of flagship projects, defined in consultation with collaboration enablers at shareholders/members, and projects resulting from submitted proposals following open calls.
