| Overview: | The EQoS Project is proposing a framework for QoS in a multi-provider environment. The framework is a synthesis of components taken from existing frameworks in order to create a coherent product. The framework is described at a high level and it is assumed that Telcos will adapt the framework to their specific environment. |
| Applicability: | This Deliverable 1 is the updated version of the Deliverable and supersedes the earlier version (from January 1999). The results may be used by EURESCOM Shareholders when defining their own QoS framework. It will also be forwarded to standardisation fora, e.g. ITU-T. |
