Telcos need to identify their appropriate roles and impact in the area of e-health services, if they want to increase their share in this market. Eurescom Study P1753 'Understanding e-health and its promises for telcos' addressed this challenge and performed a business model analysis for describing the telcos’ approach towards selected e-health segments.
